The hotel offers small but very clean rooms with an excellent location close to the boardwalk and beach. The nice heated pool and fast free Wi-Fi connection are great perks. Despite some room issues like a ripped couch and broken fan, my stay was enjoyable overall.

The rooms, bright and clean, had a slight musty smell upon entry but quickly improved with some fresh air circulation. The service was nice and very kind, with coffee, tea, and Italian cookies offered every morning. However, the bathroom sink in the kitchen area felt weird having two sinks in the same place.
